What is it
HPT Coaching is our human centered approach to developing teams, which consistently deliver breakthrough results while having fun. Based on our experience one insight we have had is HPT needs “Meaning” AND “Membership”. Brought together by a strong sense of Purpose and safety of collaboration and deep connection, teams turn to tribes and willing outperform themselves with ownership – consistently and joyfully.

HPT Coaching takes a strategic approach to the optimisation of understanding human behaviour, needs, team functioning and group dynamics.
The Need
The value of a high-performing teams has long been recognized. It’s why investors often value the quality of the team and the interaction of the founding members more than the idea itself. In organizations, finding and retaining talent, especially in the global context, is one of the top 5 challenges, not to mention the millennial challenge. And yet, more and more business models are moving towards “consolidating” teams.
How it works
The HPT Model unfurls by providing a container for the team members to build deep trust and connections, and experiment with specific behaviours which address the conscious and unconscious needs of the group. Using a design thinking approach we help build a common language, belief, ritual and purpose to slowly embed the HPT mindset into the fabric of the organization. This is done over a period of 4-5 months through a series of large group interventions, small group coaching’s and action learning projects . We invite active partnership with senior leadership teams to influence the cascade throughout the organisation.
