The Need
In today’s demanding business environment executives have limited opportunity to devote time and energy to their own development as leaders. Every executive, be it the CEO or a business head, based on his/her own personality and life shaping experiences carries a certain capacity to create value, as well as a bundle of execution risks, which he/she may or may not be aware of, that might impede actual value creation. Very soon the projected value gets discounted by these leadership risks. Not knowing how to navigate the inner and outer uncertainties while keep up the foot on the accelerator has begun to show as a jump in anxiety related stress disorders and high levels of attrition across the corporate world. Executive coaching is chosen to
mitigate this risk and develop executive-level skills, while answering the growth needs of the individual and the organization
How it works
After the initial agreement of the goal and and schedule, coaches engage in understanding executive with great empathy, depth and scope, converse with them in a way that opens up insights and possibilities, and offer a path forward that includes actions and practices custom-designed for them. They meet once a month for a minimum of 6 months and work through a co-created IDP. Addressing the inner and outer world of the individual and the inner and outer world of the groups of which they are a part opens up a huge template of potential for the executive and his team.

Our coaches come from diverse business and industry background and hence able to draw upon real life experiences in order to connect. With a minimum of 15 years of professional coaching experience, the are also able to build and hold the container for the coachee that is safe, and strong.
