partnership and service to its stakeholders and sensitize all teams to the importance of Authentic Connection.
The Mandate: Heads of different BU to enhance their role and be Authentic thought partners to their Clients, not just service providers and coach go beyond their role and coach their teams to get better performance

Solution
Designed a 5 month long Leadership Journey – Incorporating large group, small group, and one-on-one’s and shadow assessments.
- Focusing in the Ontological approach- Working with the Being of the Leader and making Leadership as a natural self expression.
- Set the frame of Leadership foundation – of Integrity –Authenticity –Responsibility – Purpose
- Designed and used “Crucible experience” for seeing and rewriting personal story – looking at the gifts of the cracks and not get stuck in the pain.
- Dealing with Internal interference through live case studies and challenging role scenarios
– Having real time difficult conversation using NVC
– Developed feedback loops with peers and subordinates
– Used GROW coaching model for developmental conversation in one-on-one and shadow coaching
– Coaching (One-on-One) – based on client and Manager interview and feedback.
