Giant Telecom service provider of pioneering digital solutions in the highly competitive Philippines telecommunications market. The Organization aims to be a mobile service innovator rather than just another telecom service provider by pioneering digital solutions

Business Need

The Company wants to expand to newer markets and through innovative Means.

Challenge

The current leadership team :

  • Not exposed to markets beyond Philippines
  • Not use to handle a larger scale operationally and conceptually
  • Used to ‘set’ ways of doing things – they way they have done for over a decade
  • The team is “Too Nice” and hence cant collaborate because constructive feedback is not given. People take thing personally and shut down – Exploration of new does not happen.
  • Low trust and experienced safety
  • People work in silos –do not collaborate

Solution

Designed a Executive Development Program (EDP) Journey over 9 months

  • A 360 Degree feedback, and personal assessment before starting
  • Using BAR on EQ (composed of interpersonal, intrapersonal, stress, adaptability, general mood, inconsistency) and NEO-PI (Business environment extraversion)
  • Taking the TEAM through Intense 4 large group forums Lead Self – Lead Others- Lead business – Lead Change.
  • Worked with Intrapersonal and Interpersonal issues and designed ‘forums’ for conflict conversation using NVC
  • Designed small group coaching session – learning group dynamics
  • One-on-one coaching session working with personal issues.
  • Encouraged informal ‘group meets’ outside of the intervention to build safety
